The Kidney beans is a very good natural carb-blocker, generally the pills for carb prevention have ephedra,ma huang, stimulants… these are the contents will give side effect to us (very dangerous). but with out this materials means the carb blocke is defenately good, i am going to buy 4 (so i can get 2 free = total 6) day after tom.

I’m not a big fan of weight loss and slimming pills but I do believe some are helpful. It’s hard to give an honest opinion without taking a closer look but if it works this definitely looks like a good deal.

This sounds like a viable alternative to giving up carbs. Unless you are going to prepare everything from scratch, carbs are hard to avoid. Plus who wants to totally cut out eating in restaurants. There’s nothing like a nice baguette fresh from the oven.

Your bonuses sound like great helps also.
